Inspired by the lines and patterns found in our natural surroundings, I wanted to create my own interpretation of Traditional Eastern “ink” painting. Using a variety of inks to create this perfect balance of black, I also painted with Chinese water colors, expired cosmetic powders, and layered with chocolate gold foil papers onto Shuen paper.
