I began working with woodblocks in mid-oct. It’s been many many years since I’ve made any woodblocks. It’s like a rediscovery journey, relearning how to use the blades again.

This series is called movement because to me, they r similar to dance movements. Unlike my paintings and ink drawings, u have to sketch it out, transfer it, cut it, then print it. Choreography in dance is like that. There is a sequence. A plan. A movement. All the parts comes together.
